1. Program Enrollment & Eligibility
Our programs are designed for children within the specified age groups:
Playgroup: 1.5 – 2.5 years
Nursery: 2.5 – 3.5 years
Junior KG: 3.5 – 4.5 years
Senior KG: 4.5 – 5.5 years
Age eligibility must be met at the time of admission.
Admission is confirmed only after full payment and submission of required details.
2. Fees & Payment Policy
Program fees are clearly mentioned on the website or shared by authorized representatives.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes are to be borne by the parent/guardian.
3. Curriculum & Learning Material
- The Innominds curriculum is Montessori-inspired and based on Multiple Intelligence theory.
- Learning materials, books, digital content, and e-learning access are provided solely for enrolled students.
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. Digital Content & E-Learning Access
Animated lessons, talking textbooks, and digital activities are provided for educational use only.
Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
Access duration is limited to the program period and may be disabled after completion.
5. Parent & Child Responsibilities
- Parents are encouraged to support home-based learning activities.
- Participation in teacher-parent-child interactions enhances learning outcomes.
- Innominds is not responsible for learning delays caused by irregular participation or lack of parental involvement.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
All activities are age-appropriate; however, parental supervision is advised during home activities.
Innominds shall not be held responsible for any injury, misuse of materials, or accidents occurring at home.
7. Program Changes & Updates
- Innominds reserves the right to update its curriculum, tools, and delivery methods to improve learning quality.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to parents in advance wherever possible.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, curriculum designs, videos, books, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Innominds.
Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Innominds provides educational support but does not guarantee specific academic results.
- Child development varies individually, and outcomes depend on multiple factors including participation and home support.
10. Termination of Access
Innominds reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Misuse of content occurs
Inappropriate behavior is reported
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information of parents and children is kept confidential.
Data is used only for educational communication and internal records.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
